These bags are handmade with love, and like all handmade items, there may be slight differences than the photo shown.

The bags are NOT washing machine safe. Try to stick to spot cleaning only or if needed, hand wash with cold water.

- If your order contains a preorder item and you order additional items, everything will be shipped together after the preorder item is available

- Tracking IS included. Delays may occur due to Covid and/or the holidays

- All mug orders will be shipped 3-4 weeks after the order is placed unless the order contains a pre order item.

-Please don't leave messages meant for the courier in the order notes. Once you have your tracking, you can leave notes for the courier through that.
